CMP – COVID19 INFORMATION
– In compliance with CDC Guidelines and Thursday’s State Order, although we are permitted by the order to work in our physical office, we are effective Monday (March 23, 2020) mostly working from home, with a limited , skeleton staff at our office. But rest assured that we are still all working to serve our communities.
- If you should need to call the management office, the quickest way for all residents/homeowners to get a response from your Assistant Community Manager and/or me is still via sending an email or calling our office phone extensions. Even if we don’t answer the phone, we will reply to your voicemails and emails as soon as possible!

– We are in communication with your regular maintenance vendors/contractors and on-site personnel. They ARE considered life-sustaining/essential services for URGENT/EMERGENCY repairs only. Landscaping may or may not occur on a regular basis. At this time landscaping is approved under the State Order and will be moving forward with contracted services.
· All Projects (siding, painting, decks, etc. ) are now ON HOLD, but will be assigned for completion at a time when it is compliant with the government and CDC. We’ll update you when we know more.
JML – COVID 19 INFORMATION
As of now, JML is still operating as they are considered ‘Essential’ Services, they maintain properties to keep healthy conditions sustained. JML has an internal process around their employee’s procedures to keep them safe. Please do not approach the crew members in the field, contact CMP directly with any concerns or questions.
