Tuscany News

Dear Tuscany Estates Residents,

The Board of Directors of Tuscany Estate Homeowners Association has received and reviewed (2) petitions:  The first petition is protesting the 2020 budget vote and the second Petition is requesting the Board change the Bylaws so that only common wall unit owners be allowed to vote on the common wall assessment.  Residents are requesting a special meeting of the membership.  Currently, there is a meeting scheduled for May 20th but this has been cancelled due to the COVID19 restrictions.  The Board plans to hold a special meeting for members around the middle to the end of June (pending COVID19 restrictions).  All owners will receive a special meeting announcement in the mail once the date and location has been selected.

Thank you,

Aimee Hennemuth, CMCA®, AMS®, Community Manager
